What We Do
Guernsey Trees for Life is a charitable Society founded in 1935 to promote the importance of trees and their conservation in recognition of the vital contribution trees, woodland and forest make to our planet. The charity has dedicated its efforts to achieving its aims through a series of Initiatives which include planting trees and delivering programmes of education and advice. For over 70 years Trees for Life (formerly the Men of the Trees) have been striving to increase awareness and understanding of what are the oldest and largest living things on our planet, upon which all life depends.
